Fast sales, split payments, discounts, receipts and invoices built around phone-shop transactions.
Sell phones, track every IMEI, manage repairs and trade-ins, and keep your shop running from one specialist POS.
A café POS knows tables. A fashion POS knows sizes. Your shop needs to know IMEIs, handset condition, repair status, trade-in cost and customer history.
Mobile POS is designed around those workflows from day one.
One system for the sale, the handset, the repair bench and the money behind the shop.
Fast sales, split payments, discounts, receipts and invoices built around phone-shop transactions.
Track handsets individually with IMEI, condition, cost, price and stock history from buy-in to sale.
Book jobs, quote customers, record parts, move repairs through the bench and mark them ready to collect.
Capture seller details and ID, grade the handset, record what you paid and turn it into saleable stock.
Keep sales, expenses, cash movements and daily counts together so the shop’s numbers stay accountable.
See takings, product performance, repair activity, margins and VAT figures without stitching spreadsheets together.
Enter what you pay and what you expect to sell for. See your gross margin instantly.
The Margin Scheme lets a VAT-registered phone shop account for VAT on the difference between the purchase price and selling price of eligible used goods, rather than the full selling price.
Mobile POS keeps the purchase price, sale price and handset identity connected from purchase through sale. The IMEI stays attached to the record, helping you maintain the underlying information needed for your Margin Scheme stock records.
Important: Mobile POS keeps the underlying records and produces Margin Scheme invoices. It does not calculate or submit your VAT return. Confirm your specific VAT treatment with your accountant.
Two phones of the same model are not the same stock item — condition, history and cost differ — so Mobile POS tracks serialised stock by IMEI rather than a rough quantity count. Every serialised product carries its own IMEI, condition and cost, generated barcode labels, and a full audit trail on every stock adjustment.
Transactions can queue locally during an outage and sync when the connection returns, so your counter can keep serving customers.
The screen makes the state clear: what is saved locally, what is waiting to sync and when the connection is restored.
Every job follows the same six stages your bench actually uses. Tap a ticket to advance it, or use the back control to send it a step the other way.
Interactive demo: tap a ticket to move it forward. Tap "back" twice to confirm sending it a stage the other way — the real system asks for the same confirmation before a job moves backward. Cancelling a repair is a separate, deliberate action and isn't shown in this demo.
No complicated plans. No percentage of your takings. Get the complete system and decide after your first month.

Yes. Role permissions can be used to control which parts of the system individual staff members can open and change.
The offline workflow can queue transactions locally and sync them when the connection is restored, so the counter does not have to stop during a short broadband outage.
Use Mobile POS with your own phones, repairs, stock and customers. After the trial, it is £25/month + VAT.
